Put a Stop To The Breakfast Hustle with These Tips
Set Your Alarms Early Enough to Enjoy Breakfast
Make sure that you and your children wake up with enough time to get ready for school, and that includes enough time to eat breakfast. Even if you have to set your clock 5 minutes earlier, it will help your mornings.
Don’t be afraid of Convenience Breakfasts
It’s totally okay for your kids to eat cereal or granola bars sometimes. There is no mom shaming here. I don’t recommend that they eat these every day, but then again, I’m not an expert, if you want them to eat them everyday, that’s totally fine too! They are super quick and easy! The most important thing is that your kids don’t leave the house with an empty stomach.
Breakfast Meal Prep
Meal prep. Meal prep. Meal prep. In case you haven’t noticed, I love to recommend meal prep to anyone and everyone. Not only will you stop the breakfast hustle, but you can save a lot of money too! I like to meal prep all meals, but I mostly do meal prep of breakfast and dinner.
Breakfast meal prep is a great way to make your mornings easier. When you know that the kids already have breakfast made and they can just grab and go, you can start your day far less stressed. It may not seem like it would make that much of a difference, but it does.
