How do you make this Swiss Roll Pudding Cake Recipe?

Start with a cake pan (I used Handi-foil pan to save on cleanup). Line your swiss rolls up. I used 10 swiss rolls inside of my square pan.

Fill around the swiss rolls and the rest of the pan with chocolate frosting. I filled the pan up to about the halfway point.

Next, top the pudding layer off with Cool Whip and spread like frosting.

That’s it. You are done. You have officially made the easiest “homemade” dessert ever. You can either slice it up and enjoy as is or put your own spin on it.

    • Since it’s a pudding cake, slicing isn’t very easy, but it slices up very easily when frozen.
  • Add toppings. Toppings make everything better, right? Here are some of my favorites:
    • Chocolate Syrup
    • Cocoa Powder
    • Crushed nuts
    • Crushed candy bars
    • Crushed Oreo cookies
    • Chocolate shavings
